People who are NOT from Rhode Island will now make 99.7% of the decision of who Rhode Island Votes for!

RHODE ISLAND residents will now control only 0.3% of the decision of WHO is chosen to cast Rhode Island's 4 Votes!

State Updates

January 2024 (Update):  Nobody in  Rhode Island apppears to be paying any attention to this issue.  The CONTROL of Rhode Island's Votes continue to belong to someone else, once this dangerous National Popular Vote scheme is triggered.

December 2020  -   RHODE ISLAND has been a part of the scheme to collude with other States by using a "national" popular vote compact since 2013. 

We believe in miracles, but otherwise we don't believe that current Rhode Island lawmakers will want the people of Delaware to be in control of RHODE ISLAND's Electoral Votes again.  

​Rhode Island SHOULD Repeal their participation in this scheme.  The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme CHANGES these United States DRAMATICALLY - from the Federation of States that it has been since 1788 and much closer to becoming the monolithic democracy that our Founders - and ALL of our States - intended the Federation to NOT be.
