Oregon is the 16th and last State to date that is part of the interstate collusion to elect the President by a popular vote for the first time in history. Oregon joined the NPVIC in 2019.

JANUARY 2025 - Senator David Brock Smith of Disrict 1 in Port Orford introduced Senate Bill SB-213 which simply REPEALS Oregon's participation in the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme, if passed and enacted.

We wholeheartedly SUPPORT this bill and encourage its passage  -  Help Oregonians take back the CONTROL of OREGON's 8 Electoral Votes!
