House Concurrent Resolution 002 ENACTED!
Here is Idaho's official strong support for the Electoral College and opposition to the National Popular Vote scheme!
March 21, 2023 - GREAT NEWS!! Resolution HCR-002 has been ENACTED. The Idaho Legislature is officially endorsing the Electoral College as it currently operates and is standing OPPOSED to the National Popular Vote scheme!
February 7, 2023 - A resolution, HCR-002, expressing the firm support of the Idaho House of Representatives for the Electoral College as it has operated since the inception of our Constitution has been introduced. The Resolution also urges the Governor, Attorney General and other State officials "to examine policies that would prevent the National Popular Vote scheme from being adopted."
October 2020 - We expect a push, from the California-based National Popular Vote office, and Idaho may well be in their sights in early 2021, though they might go after some softer targets this time around.
In order to reach their self-activation goal where the 20 or 21 Compact States agree to activate their plan, the Left will need one or two Red States, and Idaho is just such a State.
The self-activation goal is 270 Voted signed on to the NPVIC Contract. They currently have 196 signed on, so they are 73% of the way toward activating their collusion agreement.

Demand that they take every action possible to STOP the NPVIC whenever it appears.

Almost always, your letter needs to be 200 to 250 words or less. Be courteous and simply express your opinion about why you believe that it is in Idaho's best interests to remain in control IDAHO's Electoral Votes, and that Idaho needs to REJECT the National Popular Vote interstate Compact every time that it is brought up.
