Become a Volunteer Leader.

Apply for a Lead Volunteer Role below - - -

Your Leadership Team

Built around FUNCTION.  'Keep Our 50 States' needs to stay in touch with 4 primary constituent groups in each of our States.  We need to hear about what they are doing, and they need to hear about the Electoral College and NPVIC from us.  This allows us to keep all of the stakeholders informed on a timely basis, and to respond to Calls to Action promptly - along with a few other very important things!

You are never in this alone.  We have State, Regional and National counterparts to assist you in every phase - AND we are all continuously recruiting new members to assist you on your team.
STEP 1 - These are our four (4) Grassroots "Lead Functions".  We now are locating a volunteer grassroots patriot or two in each State who can each focus on one of the four constituency groups in their State (or Region). (Groups are other Conservative Groups and GOP Party offices in the State.)
Picture
STEP 2 - Each Lead Function has two broad functions - an "Internal" role, which we call 'The List' role, and an "External" role that we call Communications.  One works mostly with data, lists, look-ups, spreadsheets etc., the other works more to help us communicate with people.
We need members to fill each of these roles, too!

Picture
STEP 3 - One of these patriots will be named as the Leader or State (or Region) Director.  This is a person who generally knows a little bit about each of the Lead Functions. They provide overall general direction to the Team and maintain communications with Regional and National leadership with very brief reports, and with requests for help when needed.
Picture
STEP 4 - A fully assigned Function Chart will like this, with a total of THIRTEEN (13) patriot leaders in each State, and in each 5-State Region.  The National Team is also set up in the same way, thereby providing back-up by Function up and down the entire organization.

Legislative  -
This battle against the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme must be fought and won in every State Capitol in the country
Legislation - Keeps track of the movement of any and all legislation in each of the State Legislatures, using current internet and other technology.
Lawmakers - Helps make sure that we stay linked to the current roster of State Senators, Representatives and Delegates.
Call to Action - As needed and within each State, help craft the alert and prospective to mobilize our Members and other groups to contact lawmakers in a given State to demand firm opposition to the NPVIC legislation.

Media -
Our best and most effective weapon to defend our Electoral College against the assault by the NPVIC and others is "Sunlight".  Publicity.  MOST all of the current member States in the NPVIC joined without their residents ever realizing what lawmakers were doing to their constituents.

Media Census - Builds and maintains a contact database of news and opinion media who are relevant to our cause.

Media Relations - Connect to the various media outlets, including newspapers, web sites, Radio and TV programs and news departments.  Help issue Op-Ed pieces, Letters to the Editor and arrange for our national Speakers  to do on-air and print interviews.

The Line Functions of the National Volunteer Leadership Team mirrors all of the positions on the State and Region Teams.

The National Team also works to assure that the information being presented to the public, to prospective donors, if any, and to group Members is accurate and as timely delivered as possible

The Director of each Lead Function area will provide Quarterly and Annual Planning for their respective Area of Responsibility.  He or she will also provide a unifying goals along with encouragement and motivation for their Area for the entire country.  They will pull together conference calls and video meetings with their State and Region Team mates on a regular bi-weekly or monthly basis and as needed to help keep efforts on track.

Helping to recruit to fill every Volunteer position in the State, Region and National Teams will always be a part of every Leader's responsibility art every level.

HONESTLY, in a Volunteer-based organization like this, the Secret to Success for both every Volunteer to get the most out of the group, and for the group itself to succeed, each Leader needs to
    1) KNOW what needs to be done, and
    2) Get SOMEONE ELSE to do it.
It's actually what makes this all rather fun!
