State Updates

January 9, 2023 - Two bills that would REPEAL and Withdraw Connecticut's participation in the National popular Vote scheme have been introduced by Republican Reps John Piscopo (HB-5085), Craig Fishbein and Mark Anderson (HB-5132).

We STRONGLY SUPPORT both of these bills!

January 2021  -  FOUR Bills that will REPEAL the State of Connecticut's participation in the dangerous National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme has been introduced by Reps John Piscopo and Kurt Vail, along with 13 other Assembly Members!

Senator Rob Sampson has introduced the Senate Repeal Bill, SB-755!  Get behind these bills and let your local News Media that you SUPPORT them!!

We strongly SUPPORT these Bills!  The links are on this page.

CONNECTICUT has been a part of the scheme to collude with other States by using a "national" popular vote compact since 2018.

We believe in miracles, but otherwise we don't believe that current Connecticut lawmakers will want the people of Connecticut to be in control of CONNECTICUT's Electoral Votes again.

Connecticut SHOULD Repeal their participation in this scheme.  The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme CHANGES these United States DRAMATICALLY - from the Federation of States that it has been since 1788 and much closer to becoming the monolithic democracy that our Founders - and ALL of our States - intended the Federation to NOT be.
