2024-2025 State Updates

Efforts to Repeal New Jersey's Participation
in the National Popular Vote Scheme Underway
September 27, 2024 - Senator Parker Space has introduced a companion NPV Repeal Bill in the Senate, S-3649.  We also back the passage of this bill!

January 13, 2024 - The only action in New Jersey is an all-imporant National Popu;ar Vote REPEAL bill.  The bill simply withdraws New Jersey from the NPV collusion scheme.  We STRONGLY support this bill, which in this new 2024-2025 session, is bill A-379.
We believe in miracles, but otherwise we don't believe that New Jersey lawmakers will ever want the people of New Jersey to be in control of NEW JERSEY's Electoral Votes again.

New Jersey SHOULD Repeal their participation in this scheme.  The National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme CHANGES these United States DRAMATICALLY - from the Federation of States that it has been since 1788 and much closer to becoming the monolithic democracy that our Founders - and ALL of our States - intended the Federation to NOT be.
