Dear (Representative or Senator),

As one of your constituents, i have become deeply troubled to learn that my State Assembly has already taken the control of NEW YORK's Presidential Electoral Votes and turned the control of our State's Votes over to people who are NOT FROM NEW YORK!

In 2016, the Members of the Assembly joined the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact, and told us that they were "fixing" the State's Winner-Take-All law.  But the "fix" that the members applied has made New York a LOSER-Take-All State!

Please explain how in the world THAT is a good public policy!

Better yet, PLEASE take every step that you can in the Assembly to REPEAL New York's participation in this really bad national popular vote scheme!

Regards,

(Your Name, and City or Town)

Episode 118 - Professor Nicholas Giordano hosts special guests John Crawford and NY State Senator George Borrello for an in-depth conversation on the Electoral College, Electoral Vote Allocation and national popular voting.
Senator George Borrello Introduces Bill to ALLOCATE New York's Electors in the Manner that Nebraska and Maine do, which would likely NEGATE New York's National Popular Vote law!

SEND A MESSAGE to Senator Borrello from Upstate New York and commend him for sponsoring the legislation (S9039A) needed to REPEAL New York's participation in the devious National Popular Vote Interstate scheme!
