Colorado Voters voted YES on the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme on November 3rd, 2020.

COLORADO's 9 Electoral Votes for President will now be controlled by people who live OUTSIDE of Colorado, once people who are NOT from Colorado activate their multi-State Contract. 

One group, "Yes On The Popular Vote", spent $4.5 Million between July and November on staff and advertising.  The majority of that money came from wealthy individuals in California.

AS A STATE, Colorado's influence in Presidential elections will be diminished if the dangerous NPVIC is ever activated.  It will activate once they reach their self-defined threshold of 270 Electoral Votes worth of States signed on to it.

PASSED. Voters voted 'Yes' in November 2021 to JOIN the NPVIC scheme.
