State Updates

May 23, 2022 - The Legislative EXPIRED on May 23rd and with it so did the two National Popular Vote bills!  Each died in Committee.

April 2022 - Both the House and the Senate NPVIC bills have been held up in respective Committees since February 2021.

February 2021 - Democrats have introduced the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact scheme into the House of Representatives in Kansas.
It is HB-2002.

Democrats have also now introduce National Popular Vote scheme Bill SB-188 in the Senate.

Kansas is still currently classified as a sovereign Electoral College State, however, it is at Low Risk of joining the devious Agreement.  We do not expect a lot of movement by Lawmakers in Kansas to give away the control of Kansas' Votes for President to people who are not even from Kansas!
Search the Legislature for any "national popular vote" activity.

Write Letters to Kansas' Editors

Send Your Letter to the Editor -

Almost always, your letter needs to be 200 to 250 words or less.  Be courteous and simply express your opinion about why you believe that it is in Kansas' best interests to remain in control KANSAS' Electoral Votes, and that Kansas needs to REJECT the National Popular Vote interstate Compact every time that it is brought up.
